Pavements and Thoughts: #WordlessWednesday #WednesdayWisdom

Autumn leaves, empty road but scattered with the withered leaves. I can see the crossroad, road diverging into two. I know that there's positivity even when there is darkness. New Road awaits for me.
Drifting away like an Autumn Song..
It's a Long Road away from Home.

Mind knows well, but Heart still longs..
It's a Long Road away from Home.

    1. Sense of chaos and sense of loss has left us all wondering how far away we've come. Yes, it will be difficult, if not impossible, for us to reach where we started, because going back will never be the same. Just hoping everyone to be safe along with their families. Sending you some good vibes. Stay safe and stay healthy.

  3. Sometimes we are like leaves in autumn: we go where the wind takes us. 😊

    Have a nice day!

    1. Dear Diana, thanks for sharing your perspective. I agree sometimes it's better to go with the flow or accept the fragility or momentary existence of things around us. Like autumn leaves, the pain and worries are also shortlived. They might affect us but we can always overcome these shortcomings in our lives.

Also, thanks for your visit here and for your support. Have a lovely day and the coming weekend.

  6. We better not think about autumn yet. Spring is not over either. Or ... am I wrong? How are your seasons?
Why do you say you post on Wednesday without words every two weeks? It's Wednesday every week! ☺

    1. Greetings Zinaida,

We have spring, summer, monsoon - as a part of summer, like it's called summer-monsoon (arrival of monsoon in India is quite dramatic) then autumn and winter. Also the intensity of each season varies in India. Northern part has extreme summer and winters. (Right now it's summer and it will get worse in next two months) Southern part has favourable climate throughout.

How is the weather there? How do you adjust with it?

Posting.. I think I revisited the plan, so we can do it every week, that would be great. Also let me know or tag me in other blog events as well. I would love to join in. You all are the best in moderating it successfully.

I think each day is brilliant. I just need to figure out hasgtags for the blog here. In Instagram hash tags are quite common,I wish to know how things go on blogger.

Also, thank you so much for your visit here, I am overwhelmed with the responses and your thoughts. Much love and have a great week ahead.

    1. Thank you so much Betty for visiting me today and sharing your thoughts.

I too, at one time, felt like you for seeing things withering away.. fallen leaves slowly getting crumbled under our feet while the tree stood in a lonely state. But sooner, I learnt to find hope in despair, seeing fresh leaflets on the same tree after some days and the loneliness of tree getting distracted by occasional chirps of thrushes and barblers. Isn't this beautiful.. the celebration of hopefulness and possibilities.

    1. Yessss.. Autumn songs turn into heart wrecking ballads. You sing, you cry, you learn, you move on and eventually you find what you always wanted in your heart. (Lol.. I got reminded of heroines in the historical cinema, singing and remembering their soul mates, by the change of seasons, withering autumn leaves, flow of the river, addressing the mountains. Good way of venting it out and letting all potential contenders know what you want.😌😁)

    3. Thanks for your comment on my latest post. I haven't practiced Zen. Are you interested in it?

    4. Hi, I do practice Buddhist philosophy in life. In India we have vipassana centres where people practise it. I don't do die hard sort of practice but do apply Buddhism teachings in daily life and try to remain in mindfulness state. It's tough I would say but you learn as you grow. As for Zen or Shintoism, they do differ from what Buddhists practice in India and Sri Lanka (places keeping alive, the Hinayana school's teachings, so it's worth knowing and exploring. Every South East Asian country has it's own way of adapting Buddhist teachings, it's diverse and I feel we can learn from them too.
